The CWT range was specifically designed to meet the application requirements of industry by offering precise control of chilled water temperature while operating over long time periods with varying load demands.
The CWT series includes 13 models with cooling capacity ranging from 18 to 130 kW and has bee designed for outdoor installations. All standard units are equipped with:
- Hermetic scroll compressors
- Plate evaporator
- Aluminium micro channel finned coils
- Continuous fans speed control (phase cut type)
- Microprocessor controller (electronic thermostat for QBE002)
- Ventilated electrical panel
- RS485 Port
- Integrated storage tank
- Hydraulic pump
- Condenser filters
- Water strainer and shut-off valves
EASY MAINTENANCE
The frame is made of galvanized steel with an additional polyester powder coat protection. This makes the range particularly resistant to external conditions and suitable for outdoor installations. The panels are easily removable, allowing access for maintenance and repair. The compressor compartment is independent from the condensing coil, so the user can safely access also during operation. The hydraulic system is also easily accessible by removing the steel filters.
THE MULTI COMPRESSOR TECHNOLOGY
The multi-compressor configuration for single refrigeration circuit is already applied starting from CWT025 model and is the main feature of the CWT range. This grants significant advantages if compared to units with same cooling capacity but with single compressor configuration.
Multi compressor configuration, in fact, enables to achieve higher efficiency levels (EER), specifically : a higher efficiency level (EER) at partial loads ; lower starting currents extending compressor life ; better adaptation to any requested load.
