Air-Cooled Industrial Chillers from 280 to 1200 kW with R513A

The FCWV Series air-cooled screw compressor chillers deliver cooling capacities from 280 to 1200 kW and represent the evolution of the CWV range. Designed for medium and large-scale industrial applications, these units ensure high performance, energy efficiency, and long-term operational reliability.

The FCWV chillers guarantee precise control of the chilled fluid temperature, even under severe environmental conditions and during extended continuous operation. The entire range is specifically engineered for outdoor installation.

High-Efficiency Air-Cooled Chillers with R513A Refrigerant

The FCWV Series is available with eco-friendly R513A refrigerant, characterized by a low Global Warming Potential (GWP 631) and reduced environmental impact. This solution complies with current environmental regulations while maintaining excellent thermodynamic efficiency and stable operation.

Engineered for Outdoor Industrial Applications

The FCWV Series has been engineered to ensure high efficiency and reliability in outdoor installations. The range includes 19 models covering cooling capacities from 280 to 1200 kW, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial cooling applications. All units provide reliable temperature control of the chilled fluid and stable performance over long operating periods, even in demanding ambient conditions.

Standard Configuration and Components

All standard FCWV units are equipped with high-quality components, selected to ensure performance, durability, and operational stability:

  • High-efficiency screw compressors
  • Microchannel aluminium condenser coils for optimized heat exchange
  • Dry expansion shell & tube evaporator
  • Electronic thermostatic expansion valve, enabling operation down to –10°C evaporator outlet water temperature
  • Axial fans for efficient airflow and reduced noise levels
  • Microprocessor electronic controller for advanced unit management
  • RS485 communication port for Modbus connectivity and BMS integration

Robust Construction for Outdoor Installation

The FCWV Series features a galvanized steel frame with an additional polyester powder coating, providing enhanced resistance to corrosion and harsh outdoor conditions.

All fasteners are made of stainless steel or electro-galvanized steel, ensuring long-term mechanical strength and reliability.
This robust construction makes the FCWV range particularly suitable for continuous outdoor industrial operation.
